  • 2 (14 3/4 oz.) cans salmon, drained and flaked
  • 25 soda crackers or 1 c. dry dressing mix
  • 2 eggs, stirred in
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • black pepper and garlic powder to taste
  • 1/4 c. milk (if too dry)

    Pam hands before making patties (easier).

    Fry patties in 1/4-inch oil until crusted.

    Microwave 55 seconds to ensure egg is well cooked inside patty.

    Serve with lemon wedge or white sauce.
