- 25 soda crackers or 1 c. dry dressing mix
- 2 eggs, stirred in
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- black pepper and garlic powder to taste
- 1/4 c. milk (if too dry)
Directions

1Pam hands before making patties (easier).

2Fry patties in 1/4-inch oil until crusted.

3Microwave 55 seconds to ensure egg is well cooked inside patty.

4Serve with lemon wedge or white sauce.
