- 3 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 large baked potatoes, diced
- 1 lb. grilled salmon
- 1 Tbsp. dill
- 1 Tbsp. white pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Make white sauce by heating vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.

2Stir in flour, cooking for 1 or 2 minutes. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, and continue to cook until thick.

3Add diced potatoes, salt, pepper and dill.

4Remove from heat.

5Add flaked salmon.

6Mix well.

7Line 8 x 14-inch baking dish with 1 1/2 cans of the crescent rolls.

8Pour the salmon filling into the dish.

9Cover with the remaining crescent roll dough. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
