- 1 (No. 1) can pink salmon (16 oz.)
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Pour the juice from the salmon into a glass and set it aside. Add egg and flour to the salmon.

2Mix all with a fork.

3Do not add salt!

4Take 1/4 cup of the salmon juice and add baking powder.

5Mix with a fork until it foams up.

6Mix and stir into the salmon; fry in deep fryer a small amount at a time.

7Cook within 15 minutes after mixing.
