- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
Directions

1Drain salmon, save 1/4 to 1/3 cup liquid.

2Flake salmon in bowl.

3Stir in 1 egg.

4Add flour a little at a time.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Add baking powder to liquid, stir with a fork until foams.

7Add to salmon mixture.

8Drop by teaspoon into hot oil, fry until golden.
