  • 1 (9 oz.) partially baked pastry shell
  • 1 small can red salmon, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 (3 oz.) can B & B mushrooms, drained (reserve broth)
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese

    Saute onions in butter until tender.

    Add mushrooms, reserving a few slices.

    Saute for a few more minutes.
