  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 tsp. dill
  • 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. milk

    Flake salmon into buttered casserole dish.

    Mix other ingredients and pour over salmon.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Melt 1/4 cup more Cheddar cheese over top.
