- 1 (16 oz.) can red salmon
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 drops Worcestershire sauce
- crackers
Directions

1Combine salmon, cream cheese and Worcestershire and mix well. Shape into ball or log.

2Roll in mixture of pecans and parsley. Roll up in plastic wrap or wax paper.

3Chill to blend flavors. Serve with crackers.

4Makes approximately 2 cups.
