  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/8 cups milk
  • 3 eggs
  • fresh parsley minced
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 6 7/8 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 7 ounces salmon
  • dill

Directions

    Mix the flour, milk, and eggs. Season with with a pinch each of parsley and salt.

    Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a crepe pan and pour in the batter in to make the crepes. Cook on both sides and set aside.

    Let them cool and add the cream cheese, salmon, and dill.

    Roll the crepes tightly and cover with plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate overnight.
  6. 6
    To serve, slice with a sharp knife.
