- 2 cups flour
- 2 1/8 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- fresh parsley minced
- salt
- olive oil
- 6 7/8 tablespoons cream cheese
- 7 ounces salmon
- dill
Directions

1Mix the flour, milk, and eggs. Season with with a pinch each of parsley and salt.

2Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a crepe pan and pour in the batter in to make the crepes. Cook on both sides and set aside.

3Let them cool and add the cream cheese, salmon, and dill.

4Roll the crepes tightly and cover with plastic wrap.

5Refrigerate overnight.

6To serve, slice with a sharp knife.
