  • 1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced dill pickle
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice.

    Stir in eggs, pickle, salad dressing, green onion, salt and pepper.

    Mix gently and chill. Serve on lettuce if desired.
