- 1 (7 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced dill pickle
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise-type salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle salmon with lemon juice.

2Stir in eggs, pickle, salad dressing, green onion, salt and pepper.

3Mix gently and chill. Serve on lettuce if desired.
