  • 1 lb. can salmon, drained
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 (17 oz.) can green sweet peas, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream

    Break salmon in bite size pieces.

    Put in bowl.

    Add celery and drained peas.
