- 1 lb. can salmon, drained
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 (17 oz.) can green sweet peas, drained
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Break salmon in bite size pieces.

2Put in bowl.

3Add celery and drained peas.

4Combine other ingredients.

5Pour over salmon mixture.
