- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 c. scalded milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut in pieces
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, flaked
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°. In saucepan, soak bread in milk; add salt, mustard and cheese.

2Heat until cheese melts; cool.

3Add egg yolks and salmon. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into salmon mixture.

4Pour into 2-quart buttered casserole.

5Bake 45 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

6Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
