- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- sprinkle of pepper
Directions

1Drain the oil from salmon.

2Remove skin and bones; crumble the salmon and add gradually to seasoned hot milk.

3If thickening preferred, make a thin paste with the flour and add.
