- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill
- 3 oz. smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced or chopped
Directions

1In food processor (or by hand), blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill until smooth.

2Add salmon and green onions and process very briefly just to mix.

3The salmon and onion chunks should be visible and the cream cheese mixture still white.

4Chill.

5Serve with hearty crackers.
