  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 3 oz. smoked salmon, coarsely chopped
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced or chopped

Directions

    In food processor (or by hand), blend cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and dill until smooth.

    Add salmon and green onions and process very briefly just to mix.

    The salmon and onion chunks should be visible and the cream cheese mixture still white.

    Chill.

    Serve with hearty crackers.

    Makes approximately 2 cups.
