  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. green onion and tops
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper sauce (clear kind)
  • dash of parsley leaves
  • 1 large can red sock-eye salmon

    Combine cream cheese, with other ingredients except the salmon.

    Drain and flake salmon and gently fold into cream cheese mixture.

    Chill overnight or at least 4 hours.

    Serve with crackers and vegetable sticks.
