  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. prepared white horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, skin and bones discarded
  • 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, grated onion, lemon juice, horseradish, salt and pepper in medium bowl until blended.

    Finely flake salmon. Add to mixture and stir until smooth and creamy.

    Spoon into crock or serving bowl.

    Garnish with green onion.

    Chill until ready to serve.

    Makes 2 cups. Serve with assorted crackers or garlic toast.
