  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh or bottled lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • fresh dill, chopped

Directions

    Mix mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to make a paste. Place 4 salmon steaks, skin side down, in baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spread on mustard paste. Bake at 450° approximately 8 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh dill.
