Salmon Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon (net weight 14 oz. per can; average size)
  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 onion, chopped fine or minced (to taste)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put 2 1/2 cups water in pan.

    Add butter, sugar and onion; bring to a boil for a few minutes. Add salmon and boil. Add potato soup.

    (Can use instant potatoes instead of potato soup.)

    Add milk to achieve desired thickness.
