  • 3 -4 Belgian endive
  • 1 (6 ounce) can salmon, drain and flake
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup plain yogurt
  • 14 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 14 teaspoon curry powder

Directions

    Carefully detach each endive leaf from the head, rinse and pat dry.Combine the salmon, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and curry powder in a small bowl.

    Spread a spoonful of salmon mixture on each leaf.
