Salmon Teriyaki

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. plus 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 to 1 1/4 lb. salmon fillets

Directions

    Blend well together all ingredients, except salmon.

    Put salmon in large plastic storage bag or container with a cover; pour marinade over salmon.

    Marinate in refrigerator for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    Turn over bag or container every 45 minutes. Drain and broil on each side until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
