- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. sherry
- 2 Tbsp. plus 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 to 1 1/4 lb. salmon fillets
Directions

1Blend well together all ingredients, except salmon.

2Put salmon in large plastic storage bag or container with a cover; pour marinade over salmon.

3Marinate in refrigerator for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

4Turn over bag or container every 45 minutes. Drain and broil on each side until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
