- 14 oz. salmon, canned
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of the liquid from salmon.

2Put salmon in bowl and break apart well with fork.

3Add flour and slightly beaten egg.

4Mix well.

5Add baking powder to reserved liquid and beat until foamy.

6Add to meat mixture.

7Stir until well blended.

8Drop by teaspoon into deep fryer half full of hot oil.

9Drain on paper towels.

10Tuna can be substituted for salmon.
