  • 4 x 6oz pieces of salmon filet - skin & bones removed (your fish market will be happy to do this for you)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh herbs...such as fresh tarragon, baby dill, basil, Italian parsley, even celery leaves are a good choice
  • Salt and Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish.

Place a Salmon filet on top of the herbs giving each filet a grind or two of fresh black pepper. Bring up sides of foil to tightly crimp all edges of foil together and totally enclose the fish. Repeat for each Salmon filet.","4":"3)\tPlace Salmon packets on middle rack of preheated oven and bake for","5":"20 minutes. After 20 minutes remove packs. Immediately turn your oven to BROIL and place oven rack 5 to 6 inches away from broiler.","6":"4)\tOpen foil packs -- folding back the sides of the foil to form a shallow little pan for the fish.
