- 1 (15 oz.) can pink salmon
- 1 whole egg
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Drain juice from salmon and set aside.

2Mix drained salmon with 1 egg.

3Add flour.

4Stir in flour with fork.

5The mixture will be real thick.

6Take 1/4 cup salmon juice and add 1 heaping teaspoonful of baking powder to the juice; beat with a fork. Mixture will foam.

7Pour this into your salmon mixture and mix again with fork.

8Use 2 ice tea spoons and scoop up half spoonful into deep fryer half full of hot oil.

9Tidbits will float on top of hot oil and turn themselves as they cook.

10They will be done in a few seconds.
