- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Pour juice in can and set aside.

2Mix egg and drained salmon. Mix good and when gummy, add the flour; stir in thoroughly and mix well.

3Will be thick.

4Do not add salt or pepper.

5Mix 1/4 cup of the salmon juice with baking powder and beat with a fork.
