  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Morton's tender quik
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke

Directions

    Mix; divide into 3 logs and wrap in foil, shiny side out. Place in fridge for 24 hours.

    Puncture logs and place on broiler pan with 2-3 cups of water in bottom of pan.

    Bake 300 for 90 minutes.
