  • 25 to 30 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 5 green peppers, chopped
  • 5 onions, chopped
  • 10 small buds garlic, minced
  • 5 to 10 jalapeno peppers, seeded (except one)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt

Directions

    Cook down to thicken (about 3 hours).

    Seal in sterile jars. Makes 6 to 8 pints.
