- 8 tomatoes
- 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers (whole)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 white onion
Directions

1Broil tomatoes and peppers for 15 minutes.

2Chop onion and cilantro in fine pieces. Blend tomatoes, peppers and garlic together.

3After blending, add chopped onion and cilantro and mix. Salt and pepper to taste.

4Refrigerate overnight before serving. Yields about 40 ounces.
