  • 2 medium white onions, chopped
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 can chopped chili peppers
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar

    Makes about 1 quart. Best if served next day.
