- 1 c. finely chopped, peeled tomato
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chili peppers, drained
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- hot pepper sauce to taste
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Place half of mixture in a blender; blend until smooth.

3Add remaining mixture.

4Cover; chill 4 hours before serving.
