- 1/2 c. fresh cilantro or 1 1/2 tsp. dried cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 c. chopped Vidalia onions
- 1 chopped bell pepper
Directions

1Drain one large can tomatoes.

2Place tomatoes in blender or food processor and add the ingredients.

3Chop in blender and serve with chips.

4(Add more pepper and salt to your taste.

5If you use frozen onions and pepper, the salsa will be almost frozen-delicious!

6For chunkier salsa, add bell pepper after removing from blender.)
