  • 2 c. canned tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and cover. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.

    If finer texture is desired, put in a blender for a few seconds.
