- 2 jalapeno peppers, sliced
- 3 to 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, squeezed
- 28 oz. can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
- 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 can chopped green chilies (optional)
Directions

1Put peppers, onion and garlic in blender with juice from tomatoes.

2Blend a few seconds to chop; add remaining ingredients. Blend a second or two to chop up tomatoes; stir.

3Serve with tortilla chips.
