  • 2 gal. tomatoes, peeled, cored, chopped and drained
  • 12 onions, chopped
  • 12 sweet peppers, chopped
  • 5 hot peppers, chopped
  • 1 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 3 large cans tomato paste

    Put all ingredients in pan.

    Let come to a boil; reduce heat. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    Add salt to taste.

    Makes 13 pints. This is chunky salsa.
