  • 12 lb. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 gal. jalapeno peppers
  • 4 large chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. salt
  • 3 cloves garlic

    Cook together until desired taste and thickness.

    If too hot for taste, add tomato sauce only when ready to eat.
