- 6 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 6 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped (wear plastic gloves!)
- 34 cup onion, chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 12 cups vinegar
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except tomato paste.

2Bring to a boil.

3Cover and simmer 5 minutes.

4Add tomato paste and Tabasco, return to boil.

5Reduce again, covered and continue cooking for 10 additional minutes.

6Pack in 6 sterilized 8 oz jars.

7Make sure to use all the liquid.

8Divide evenly amount the jars.

9Put on caps.

10Screw bands firmly tight.

11Process in boiling water bath for 30 minutes.

12Start counting processing time when water returns to a boil.
