- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves garlic or powdered
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 to 5 jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 small can tomato sauce (low sodium)
Directions

1Chop or blend all vegetables.

2Combine all ingredients in saucepan.

3Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

4Pour into hot jars.

5Freeze when cooled.

6Makes approximately 3 cups.
