  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes (drain 1 can)
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped carrot
  • 1 small can green chilies, chopped
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Crisco oil
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Franks hot sauce to taste

Directions

    Put tomatoes in large bowl; cut or tear.

    Add other ingredients (vinegar and oil last).

    Mix well and refrigerate. Serve with corn chips.
