- 1- 1/2 pound Fresh Roma Tomatoes, Coarsely Chopped
- 1 whole Green Pepper, Seeded And Coarsely Chopped
- 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded And Coarsely Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried Cilantro
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 5 dashes Hot Sauce
Directions

1Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until slightly chunky.

2Transfer the salsa to a bowl, cover and refrigerate.

3I try to make it at least a day ahead of time and then refrigerate it.

4You can serve it with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.

5I also like it on top of scrambled eggs or as a side for quesadillas or fajitas.
