Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 pound Fresh Roma Tomatoes, Coarsely Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Pepper, Seeded And Coarsely Chopped
  • 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers, Seeded And Coarsely Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Cilantro
  • 3/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 5 dashes Hot Sauce

Directions

    Put all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until slightly chunky.

    Transfer the salsa to a bowl, cover and refrigerate.

    I try to make it at least a day ahead of time and then refrigerate it.

    You can serve it with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.

    I also like it on top of scrambled eggs or as a side for quesadillas or fajitas.
