Ingredients

  • 1 bushel tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 6 large green peppers, chopped
  • 6 large onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 small bowl hot peppers
  • 3 large garlic bulbs (about 20 minced)
  • 3 c. vinegar cider
  • 6 pkg. salsa starter mix

Directions

    Cook for 20 minutes all ingredients, lower heat when starts to boil.

    Cook 20 minutes longer.

    Pour into sterile jars; process 30 minutes in boiling water bath.

    Makes 21 pints or 11 quarts.
