- 1 bushel tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 6 large green peppers, chopped
- 6 large onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 1 small bowl hot peppers
- 3 large garlic bulbs (about 20 minced)
- 3 c. vinegar cider
- 6 pkg. salsa starter mix
Directions

1Cook for 20 minutes all ingredients, lower heat when starts to boil.

2Cook 20 minutes longer.

3Pour into sterile jars; process 30 minutes in boiling water bath.

4Makes 21 pints or 11 quarts.
