- 1 pkg. Mexican Velveeta cheese (8 oz.)
- 1/2 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 Tbsp. diced onion (optional)
Directions

1In skillet, fry sausage until done and crumbly.

2In medium-size bowl, microwave Velveeta cheese until creamy.

3Remove from microwave.

4Add salsa, onions and sausage.

5Stir well.

6This will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
