Salsa Cheese Dip

  • 1 pkg. Mexican Velveeta cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1/2 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. diced onion (optional)

Directions

    In skillet, fry sausage until done and crumbly.

    In medium-size bowl, microwave Velveeta cheese until creamy.

    Remove from microwave.

    Add salsa, onions and sausage.

    Stir well.

    This will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
