  • 6 mild green chilies, chopped
  • 1 medium white onion, chopped
  • Salt to taste (optional)
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 4 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
