  • 1 lb. cut up Velveeta
  • 1 c. Taco Bell Home Originals salsa
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • dash of green food coloring (optional)

Directions

    Pare, grate and drain cucumber.

    Combine all ingredients in food processor.

    Serve as is as sandwich or canape spread.
