- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 10 ounces frozen spinach
- 64 ounces mild salsa
- 12 cup couscous
Directions

1Thaw package of spinach (yes you need it in the salsa and you don't taste it!)

2Brown up the ground beef and shred the cheese.

3Once beef is browned up and cooled mix it together with the salsa, cous cous,, and spinach.

4Lay in pan and cover with cheese, Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for an hour.

5Use Tortola chips and enjoy.
