  • 4 large red peppers, roasted
  • 8 medium fresh jalapeno peppers, roasted
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, grated
  • Juice of 2 fresh limes

Directions

    Put peppers in large pot with grated apple, add white vinegar, lime juice and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook at slow boil, stirring occassionally, until thickened - about 15 minutes.
