- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 small red onion, peeled and halved
- 2 jalapeno peppers, quartered
- 2 sprigs fresh cilantro, stems removed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 large beefsteak tomatoes, coarsely chopped
Directions

1Place garlic, onion, jalapenos, cilantro, oregano, lime juice, salt and pepper in bowl of food processor.

2Pulse until onion and jalapenos are coarsely chopped.

3Remove to a bowl and stir in tomatoes.

4Mix well.

5Chill for 1/2 hour to blend flavors.
