  • 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
  • 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Combine water and salsa in medium saucepan.

    Bring to boil over medium-high heat.

    Stir in rice; cover.

    Remove from heat.

    Let stand 5 min.

    or until all of the liquid is absorbed.

    Add cheese; mix lightly.
