  • 6 c. tomatoes, chopped & peeled
  • 2 c. seeded chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. seeded jalapeno peppers
  • 3/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. white vinegar

Directions

    Combine ingredients, bring to boil for 30 minutes in open kettle.

    Simmer 20 minutes. Put in jars and process for 20 minutes in boiling water.
