- approximately 1 lb. mixed hot peppers
- 3 medium onions
- garlic until it hurts
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 to 1 c. fresh or canned tomatoes
Directions

1Prepare onions and peppers; remove stem end and seeds from peppers.

2Dice onions and saute in heavy small pot.

3When golden, add garlic.

4After a minute, add diced hot peppers.

5Simmer for 10 minutes, adding water to keep to stew consistency.

6Add tomatoes and simmer another 5 minutes.

7Add a little flour for thickening and adjust with water to maintain stew to soup viscosity.

8Add salt and a little vinegar for bite.

9Good on most things.
