  • 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
  • 1/3 cups Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Baking Cocoa
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
  • 1/3 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cups Peanut Butter Chips
  • Coarse Sea Salt, For Sprinkling

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with a baking mat or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

    3. Using a mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add egg and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in peanut butter chips.
