  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 c. mini-marshmallows
  • 2 c. Spanish peanuts
  • 1/2 c. white corn syrup
  • 12 ounce. Reese's peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies

    Mix together 1 yellow cake mix, 1 egg, and 1/4 c. melted butter; and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 min.

    Pour 3 c. of mini-marshmallows over cake and return to oven for 3 min or possibly till marshmallows puff up.

    Heat together 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 12 ounces Reese's peanut butter chips, 1/2 c. butter, and 1 tsp.

    vanilla.

    Pour mix over 2 c. Spanish peanuts and 2 c. Rice Krispies.

    Mix and spread mix over cake layer.
