- 1/2 lb. cooked ham
- 8 chicken cutlets
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. medium cream
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 2 small cans button mushrooms, drained
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken breasts.

2Saute in 4 tablespoons butter.

3Cook for 15 minutes.

4Remove from skillet and place in greased casserole.

5Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter in same skillet; blend in flour and slowly stir in wine and cream. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.

6Add diced ham and mushrooms over chicken.

7Pour sauce over and bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with rice.
